As of the spring of 2024, Nerd Nite as a series is finally be able to drink!

 

Nerd Nite is an evening of entertaining and educational presentations that operates in over a hundred cities around the world. 

 

Over 21 years and countless presentations, Nerd Nites across the world have covered some of the best, weirdest, and most fun topics in STEM. 

 

To celebrate its 21st birthday, Nerd Nite released its first book HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE FUNGI in February 2024

On Thursday, March 14, 2013, Nerd Nite launched in Orlando, Florida at the legendary Stardust Video & Coffee and began the most unique trajectory of any local event series ever (according to Ricardo) so obviously we’re making a movie about it!

 

The film, REMARKABLE PEOPLE (coming 2025) like the Nerd Nite book will celebrate the rich legacy of this beautiful community and explore the decentralized structure of Nerd Nite but more importantly it will show what makes Orlando so special.
